Elevated Lead Levels Found in Chicago Drinking Water

There’s no such thing as a ‘safe level’ of lead in the body.

Recent tests in some of Chicago’s drinking water show that the current hazards for lead could pose certain health risks that have been underestimated in the past. And while Chicago hasn’t exceeded the ‘allowable’ amounts of lead in water, this recent news is startling nonetheless.
